agency on custom content. Because we use a two-print process, we
have certain guidelines and restrictions on what can be submitted.

Yes, the minimum quantity for each order is 500.
But, if your mailing list consists of less than 500 customers we
will ship any remaining newsletters directly to you after printing.
These "overs" can then be used all over your dealership
— in new-car packets, for displaying in your waiting room
and to distribute to employees.
All cancellations must be in writing — either
faxed or mailed to the Saab Account Executive — and must be
received 30 days prior to each season’s issue date. Canceling
prior to the fourth consecutive quarter will result in a $500 cancellation
fee billed to the dealership.
Submitting logos, photos and ads electronically
Ads will be printed in black only with no bleeds.
Logos and/or artwork files must be submitted in one
of the following formats in grayscale at 300 dpi:
EPS or AI vector art with embedded images and outlined type
Flattened TIFF or PSD files preferred
High-resolution JPG and PDF files accepted
Original QuarkXPress or InDesign documents with linked
images and fonts

We do not recommend faxed logos, photos or ads and cannot guarantee
their quality. Instead, we ask that you please mail us all of your
original artwork for scanning. For example, dealership letterhead
is perfect for scanning logos (no photocopies, please).
